We pick up your cargo at the specified location (factory, office, etc.) and complete export customs clearance at the airport. After check-in and departure formalities, our hand-carry courier boards the flight to Bangkok. We can also collect your cargo at the departure airport.

Arrival, Import Clearance & Delivery

After arrival in Bangkok and import customs clearance, our driver delivers the cargo directly to your factory or office. Our local staff handle import clearance when needed. We can also hand over your cargo at Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang Airport.

From Japan to Bangkok, we can deliver as fast as the same or next day. There are several direct flights from Narita, Haneda, Chubu Centrair, Kansai, Fukuoka, and Sapporo, with a flight time of about 6 to 8 hours. On arrival, our Bangkok staff take over at the airport and deliver to industrial estates around Bangkok within 1 to 3 hours.

Yes. Besides major industrial estates such as Amata City Chonburi (Amata Nakorn), Amata City Rayong, and Eastern Seaboard, we deliver to Ayutthaya, Chonburi, Chiang Mai, and other areas. Tell us the destination and we will suggest the best route.

A dedicated coordinator recommends the best way to clear Thai import customs based on your cargo and its invoice value. Our Bangkok staff then make the arrangements and follow up on site.

Pricing depends on the origin, destination, cargo, and flight availability, so we quote each shipment individually. Quotes are free. During daytime hours (Japan time), we usually reply within 1 hour of your inquiry.

We have handled everything from a single small part up to shipments totaling 2 tons (2,000 kg). By assigning multiple couriers, we can also carry large or heavy cargo. The actual limit depends on the aircraft and booking status of each flight, so send us the size and weight of your cargo and we will confirm whether we can carry it.
